- Selected service and your message about the shipment

We process your data to respond to your inquiry and to prepare an offer, on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

We keep inquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
